Access to Information Is a Big Issue in China's Governments

The long standing challenge to authoritarianism iis having enough information to be able to control prices, control markets, control people. In the chinese case, as you pointed out, that doesn't seem to be a problem any more. There seems to be a abundance, maybe even too much information. And really the challenge now is how do you process that information? So it's less of an aggregation problem and more of a computational problem.
