The Effect of the Pandemic on Social, Emotional Development
Sarah Longfield is the former Children's Commissioner for England. She says children whose parents became unemployed or went unfurlough were more likely to see their social, emotional development worsened during this time. The number of under-18s receiving such care had doubled in six years to nearly 1,200. Do you think government are dealing with it well? I really not see evidence that these problems are long term grasps.
