How Many Times Should You Review Your Calendar?

How often do you need to review your calendar down at the action level? Probably a few times a day, if you're like me. Maybe once a day, every two or three days. How often should you review your strategic plan or your operational plan? Well, probably annually. Some organizations need to rethink vision several times a year. A lot of this is about being able to re focus in the midst of change and surprise. It's a really good idea to build in some regular habit of looking from these different horizons regularly.
