Clean food is replacing ingredients with ones that, what? Are they healthier? Many it's a good question. M in many ways there are. You should always look at the ingredient labels. Clean labels have minimal ingredients and then you can recognize and pronounce all of them. The idea substitutes Sweetening a traditional condiments, for example, with maybe beet sugar or something like that.
