The Relationship Between Walking and Thinking

When i walk, ideas that were that I was wrestling with back at my desk, or ideas that weren't, sort of coming together, they just, they just em. Often what i'm looking for appears when  I start walking or moving my body. It's so very different from working with words and sitting maybe your computer. And the reason that a creativity is often stimulated by bodily movement may be because our brain didn't evolve to read.
