The Evolution of NAFTA

The USMCA is a commercial trade-based system. It's run by, administratively, it sits within the trade ministries of the three signatory countries. In part, I think that's in part because it's unpopular. All of these are societies with strong strains of economic nationalism. The relationship between Hungary and Brussels looks positively friendly.
