After crossing the red sea, there is a repetition of that kind of miracle. So we have the song of deborah, just like we had the song of miriam. And how does it begin? Saying, praise ye the lord for the avenging of israel when the people willingly offered themselves. Was it totally willing on bara's part, or did he have to be nudged along a bit? Yes, and deborah was doing the nudging. Same with the people up against canaanites with almost a thousand chariots. There's no way. There is a way, and god is that way. so have faith in him and move forward.
