How to Do Full Text Search With Postgres?

In the deaf community, people reach for Elasticsearch very quickly. So how maybe give us a bit of a story? How did you end up trying to do this in post? It was more like a personal interest thing. Was it the work thing? What's the story behind this? Well, it started with the last blog post that I wrote about name search and especially the iLike and the similarity operators on Postgres. But nobody can pronounce that so I don't even try anymore.
