How to Manage Your Time Effectively

We have actually a couple of different systems you have put in place some of those were personal practices that i was doing over the years as a designer. Some of those are newer practices we have implemented purely because there's a need for it at the studio. The very basic one is project management from the perspective of daily task assignment and retrieval of the artwork. We've never been late with our deliveries purely because we just make sure that we manage our time effectively.
