Taking Notes

If you're no going in to the conversation that theres going to be something big, then that's how i'm setting things up from the outset. If it's more of a an exploration than i would probably start with the tell me about the shift. And let's start withhe ats, and then trying to pull out the emotions and their needs and the things that they thought. It's infrequent that there are massive issues that come out, because big clinical incidents are rare. But quite often there are other issues that comeout in these conversations that really warrent explaration. Whether that's relationships between particular staff members, or sometimes it's expectations that emergency department staff should do
