Pray: What predicts an individual being good at a job, which is something you're very interested in? You have a wonderful, sweet storm on this from some number of years ago. So e fi factor personality theory, it's the best. But the really successful people, i would say, are selectively disagreeable. Pray: If we had better data there, sector specific, jobs specific, you know, coded by individual, i think we would learn enormous amounts. And when it comes to finding ne talent from nigeria, south india, pakeston, orever, ah, we could do much better, much more quickly.
