How to Second Vent the Issues You're Experiencing With Your Left Arm

I wondered if you could tell me a bit about these methods and how they, how you deployed them to second vent the issues you're experiencing. So yeah, I basically had, you know, like an undiagnosed sort of frozen shoulder or shoulder blade, an arm issue. And it kind of left one,. you know, one of my arms and hands basically unusable or when used,you know, pretty painful.
