Is Credit Devaluing the Purchasing Power of the Poor?
How did poets, how were they able to see this? Well, i mean, all the arts are based on observation, ulimately. E. Shelley described how credit creation by banks puts purchasing power in the hands of the rich and powerful. So that, in effect, credit devalues the purchasing power of the poor - which is a fascinating insight. And of course, you know, we've seen it at work since the great financial crash when they've printed all this money.
