The Passion of Saint Jerome Comes Out in His Letters
Saint Jerome was a patron saint of biblical scholars. He died in Bethlehem on September 30th, 14, 420 and his feast day is September 30th. In this video we look at some images that show how he may have influenced the art world. We also hear him quote from the second Vatican Council quoting Saint Jerome: "Ignorance of scripture is ignorance of Christ"
