Introduction

In Episode 106 The ADHD Adults discuss the links and crossover between  ADHD and childhood trauma.  As usual,  Alex the Psycho.......education Monkey delivers catastrophically boring 'evidence' on the topic, all three ADHD adults give their personal reflections on the theme and provide something that vaguely smells like 'top tips' on the subject.  'What has James lost, forgotten or mislaid this week?" returns with Alex 10-8 up for the year so far, and Alex reads out the usual 'definitely real' correspondence.  Alex doesn't know what triumvirate means, James mistakenly writes 'otherside' and Mrs ADHD kills more jokes...
