Almost all martial arts and boxers spend almost all their time doing high speed or power training But they don't do the stability training. The model I developed for first Enhancing flexibility as a means of enhancing stability then improving stability to develop an individual for strength training And that then lays the foundation for power training. It's like it's so stupid. There's no way you can rotate as fast on the ground as you can standing up.
