I'm not sure my assumption is that HPC and Z are New Zealand rugby. Did you have much knowledge of the, um, rugby program over here? I definitely feel it's an area where there needs to be better in situ support inside the work with the coach as they're navigating challenges. In order to support a coach, it's more than just education, it'smore than just development. And for me, there's a little element of a holy grail there in and around with this particular role.
