Putting More Focus on Unlicensed Rolls, Aids and Texts
The nursing work force is more in need of support than the physician landscape. Organizations are not necessarily willing to invest in those staff because they figure they're going to turn over anyway. The unlicensed members of the care team can be a critical part of engaging the entire care team. It's important to realize that these individuals may want to use this position as a jumping off point to go back to school and become in ar end.
