Dodgy London

Some people say the south of London is supposed to be dodgy. Is it true, are they really dodgy? You'd have to go and find out and see how it feels there. The word bollocks is a rude word. So don't use that in polite company. In fact, be very careful about swearing in English. If something is the dog's bollocks then it's absolutely fantastic.
