Nietzsche's Disarming Honesty
The first thing is truth with the capital for Nietzsche. He really worked through the implications of the trajectory that he saw at work in the West, I mean, around him and said, look, this is what it means. This is where it's going. And he was a prophet of a kind, a secular prophet, of the 20th century. Even though he died in 1900, the very beginning of the20th century, he foresaw very accurately, I think, the rise of postmodernism.
