Is It a Bear Market or a New Bull Market?

I think if you look at the market between now and the middle of June it's in a pretty tight range kind of like 3,600ish to 4,100ish and I think we're stuck there. If we keep defining bull market as what we experienced for the past 10 years then no we don't have a bull market but maybe that was raging bull market okay fair enough. Maybe the new bull market is just not down that much or just not down or slowly creeping up with pullbacks in the middle I don't know all I know is that you're exactly right you need to look for idiosyncratic risk find idiosyncratic positions there's plenty out there to buy you can be patient and
