The goal of Metrist is to empower developers with a similar level of visibility into the third-party services as they have into their first and second-party services. And what we do is we empower users to really simply and easily, you know, run synthetic tests against the services and accounts of their own that they care about most. We support functional transactional testing against 67 popular cloud products. The metrics evaluation engine comes into play and says, look, is this a normal response or is this something out of normal? Do we need to alert on it? You know, is this an incident? How long is it happening? What functionality are we seeing it down?"
