The Power of Openness

John: I grew up in a family that was very quiet and very conservative. We never talked about much of that stuff at all. And so, you know, for most of his life, that was kind of the model that he grew up in. He started listening to these podcasts of Nate and Aaron talks to these guys and couldn't believe just the level of openness. It really has permeated not just from stamps and that into my marriage. Mike: The openness and vulnerability that I've been able to experience through this and I wish I could have taken a pill to experience this but it took what happened.
