Is a P U a Christian School?
After getting a masters in writing, i was doing journalism and freelancing. I knew i didn't want to be evangelical any more. So i started teaching at community college here in southern california,. And then a friend of the family said, hey, they're hiring at a p u. A p u is a joke of a school. In the eighties, a p u was known as like a christian party school. It's nothing liberal remotely about it. The book hat i'm writing is about waking up and realizing, oh, yet, i don't believe in thisat all any more. Here i am now, like, almost full time teaching.
