The Key Trends in Capital Markets

There are indeed many, many trends under the roof of digital. There is apparently AI, quantitative trading, quantitative investment, but also very frugal things such as customer support. As a group, we operate also a retail brokerage and we interact with customers. And here we are very actively not only thinking of but also leveraging already AI technologies. Then there is cloud, but I'm not in the position to tell you anything about it because that's your absolute field of expertise. It sounds to me like digitalization is that glue that actually is able to connect and bring us together despite the fact that we are scattered or fragmented in some ways.
