How to Raise Your Energy When You're Looking for the Mojo to Get Going

When you're looking for the mojo to get going and maybe to do exercise, honor your need. A friend has suggested this, and it was so worth it for me. On those days when you don't feel like doing anything, you actually need to just lay on the couch. Like, don't battle through it. Process. If you feel like you're moody, be moody. You need to do it to process the emotion. It took me probably it was within the last four years or so. I didn't know why I couldn't really resolve this.
