The Wounds That Killed Ellen

The autopsy revealed that Ellen had a large number of bruises, 11 on her right arm, abdomen and right leg. They all couldn't have happened at the time of her death since there wasn't much time between when she was stabbed and when she died. So they were in places that are probably not seeable when you wear clothes and certainly not in winter. And even if she were brutally beaten up and stabbed to death, these bruises didn't all happen at once.
