1984: An Anti-Fascist Book

I find it interesting that 1984 is always it was read when I was young everywhere because it was like the anti-fascist book rather than Animal Farm, which was the anti-communist book. But1984 when I reread it recently didn't strike me as an anti- fascist book. It struck me as almost an anti like a Kafkaist world where it was anti-bureaucracy and anti, you know, any kind of huge status government That cares about what you say and doesn't change as history.
