TDD and TCR: An Evolution

There's been a bit of a kerfuffle on Twitter lately about, is this just TDD or something quite different? And people seem to be quite upset about it and I call it an alternative workflow. You can write a bunch of code and then write tests to cover it in bits and pieces. That's TDD or you can work in this TCR style where the tests are always green. If they're ever not green, whatever changes you made are just going in the bit bucket. So test and commit or revert.
