California Is a Sanctuary State for Those That Want to Abuse Their Children
California Senate Bill 107 proposed by state Senator Scott Wiener and signed into law by Governor Gavin Newsom will prohibit the enforcement of an order based on another state's law authorizing a child to be removed from their parent or guardian. California is basically saying, Nope, we're not going to recognize the laws of any of the other 49 states. If you are here and you want to get this treatment for your children or something like that, even though they can't consent to that, we're going to make sure that you can do that without any other states getting into it.
