How to Deal With Negative Feedback

When I'm the subject of a negative comment, it sticks with me and I return to it in my mind again and again. It's especially rough when people not only say they don't like you, but they say it in contrast to others. And I will remember those things in a way that somehow takes up more space in my brain than a hundred other compliments do.
