Is Penny Mordent a Good Candidate?
I think it's quite difficult to see who they could feasibly replace her with quickly. Penny Mordent has given herself a bit of space, I would be surprised. Ben Wallace was the most popular cabinet minister when Boris Johnson resigned. He seemed to have done an excellent job with defence and over Ukraine. And I thought he was the most interesting name that was mentioned. Do I think it's likely to happen? No. But do I think it’s possible? Yes. Andrew, give us your consideration on all this.
