The Court's Decision to Take This Case
I am perplexed by the court's decision to take this case. I think it does not paint them in a great light. It looks like they're searching for this case because the court doesn't issue advisory opinions. The fact that we don't have these sort of basic facts is part of what makes it so impossible for them to rule on. So you could just make up your own facts.
