The SEC's Role in Decentralized Exchanges
There will be issues with the SEC around some of these unlocks and some of the preferential deals that certain investors got on some of these things. So it's something that the industry should have been aware of and fighting towards for a while but unfortunately it'll just be the regulators that mop it up. Yeah so I think there's so an opportunity you don't need to wait for the government to force you to do it just start being more transparent.
