The Relic in the Altar of Matthew the Apostle
The relic underneath the cathedral is actually of Matthew the apostle, which is just remarkable. We have a living connection with the early church with this particular apostle whose gospel we have been listening to for the last eight or nine days. And so there's this connection right there with, okay, here are our ancestors in the faith. Here are the ones who have gone before us and we just kind of remember them and ask for intercession.
