Both my wife and i have auto mune problems. So does my daughter, although my son doesn't. My daughter's very severe arthritis was ameliorated to a tremendous degree by a meat only diet,. which she's maintained for five years. And so both his wife and i, while we're still on that diet, both of us are still on that diet. It's very restrictive. It's very hard on my social life. But it does seem to keep these symptoms essentially under control.
