The Case of an Adrenal Incendentaloma

A 75 year old male with a history of hypertension currently on five different anti-hypertensives, coronary artery disease and diabetes. In the pre-op holding area, it was noted that his testosterone blood pressures were above 180 millimeters of mercury. Review of his preoperative workup included a CT scan which showed a right side of 1.5 centimeter of adrenal nodule. This appeared low density on his non-con CT chest. The question is, does the patient need workup or not? Great case.
