A New Concept You're Developing in Texas, Is It a Good Idea?

D, i mean, that business is basically, i started to go into this area. I live in texas, but there's this area about three hours away called broken bou. We would go up there often and start looking into cabins,. And when we started seeing or pangts like, huh, i like back of the napkin, i think this could actually be pretty good. It's a litle bit different for us, where it's one big cabin, not consolidated much of stuff on the same property. Or anything. But that's one where something later in my career, where we have the capital to do soe n, it's a pet project.
