How to Deal With Depression

I imagine having an emotionally exhausting conversation with your wife or your wife and kids. And then it's like, okay, let's do another one. I off the top of my head three deeper level sources of discouragement I can think of. Number one, unbelief. Like God's not doing anything. That feels feels like that'd be the biggest one. Well, fear of man. They're not loving me.
