The way that we purge stress is actually my opically focusing on this thing which is inherently stressful and just allowing all of those that that stress response. Moving you into action it just kind of just sit with it. Like I'm not good for anybody if I'm not tired. That's even worse because the the all of the different physiological responses that our body goes through when we when we experience a stress response is actually preparing us to move.
