How Does an Interrupt Handler Work?
interrupt talents can be implemented using either special, dedicated hardware or using a special programm in a dedicated location in the operating system memory. So here's how it works. When the computer receives an interrupt for a given i o operation, say, for example, i press a key on the keyboard or click them s then a special signal will be asserted on what’s called the status bus. And each of those different input signals, and other interrupts as well, like errors, will carry their own priority rating.
