Bears make their own butt plugs for winter hibernation. The theory is that so that they're not defecating in the den and it helps that process. Kelly Phillips said, do you follow the National Park Service's Fat Bear Week every year? Yes. Alex Brown asked what kind of a blubber are bears put on when they go into excessive hyperfager eating mode. They can eat 10 or 20 fish in an hour -- five, six, seven pounds each.
