Oscillations in the Room

Oscillations have a lot to do with the computational aspect, right? So they're in some sense an implementation. They can be a readout of computation that you could describe on the population level. That's how we do it in the sort of most neutral terms. But as we talked about before for humans, we can't access those computations. We can talk about encapsulation and maybe modularity is also one of those words for me. I think we can't pretend everything like this doesn't evoke responses at the same time. And clearly there's going to be evoked information that's important or something that happens when oscillations get combined with other things.
