How to Trade Long-Term Trend Following

Long-term trend following is you know over my lifetime was around 33%. That's what I figure it was. And when I run simulations on sim trade or whatever I every trend following model I come up with they all come in between 30 to 40 all of them. So it's the total of all of them together it's kind of like you know you have nine kids and you love them all. But they're all very different.
