Is Putin a Liar?
No nuclear missiles were launched in this past year. There have been no massive devastating cyber attacks which again was one of the predictions of the start of the war. A good report has come out from Carnegie written by Gavin Wilde on Russia's unmet expectations. The Russian capacity to actually deploy cyber in a major way along side and in coordination with military operations were massively undermined precisely by the very systems that the Russians had adopted.
