How to Build Trust With Functional Experts

Sometimes the risk that I see is that those functional experts are good managers, right? Managers of that particular function. And often don't know what their abilities are because you haven't tested them. So they brought you in. You start sitting down with the rest of the team. What are the kinds of things you often hear? Well, it's interesting if I can comment on what you said: Would they run through a wall for each other? Right? Because everything is for the owner.
