The Weakest Argument in Judge Sutton's Opinion
Sarah Bostock: Judge Sutton has long had thoughts about the breadth of the injunctions that are very interesting. She says she thinks their weakest argument is actually what they've been winning on at the lower court, which is the sex discrimination argument. But in fact, if you look sort of more globally, many parts of Europe, people are putting pause on the use of this kind of medical intervention and it's not FDA-approved.
