The Rise of Tax Equity and Tax Credit Transfers
Bank of America and Morgan Stanley have been major buyers of tax credits. This is market starts to take off, or at least you're negotiating for that. Why do that, rather than your traditional tax equity deals? I would say there are different circumstances that the tax credit transfer works for the sponsor and certainly for the investor side because it's a flexible nature. And we think we can help make that market of buyer and seller.
