The Importance of Executive Functions in ADHD
Executive functions are a set of higher level mental skills that are controlled by the fronty bits, the frontal lobes of the brain. Adults with ADHD often possibly always have reduced executive function. The parts of the brain which carry out these processes are the parts which often look different or work different in our brains. It's not an auntie with ADHD unless you're from Stoke, it's anti ADHD. You've got to consider which ones you want to take and then you have to make a choice. These steps require you got to focus on the information. They require you to remember little details about them.
