The texas law that effectively bans abortion after six weeks did exactly what we told you was going to happen on the show. The department of justice has moved on the supreme court shadow docket for relief from the united states. They have in their brief said there is no conflict with the stingents that this court has set down and existing law and interpretation of the constitution. But also, if you do not take this case up on the merits, just like ounrelated row here, we would like to reverse it.
